› If for any reason, you received a defective or a damaged product, MegaSafe will take it back and replace it at no cost to you.
› You must submit pictures of all damaged items before return can be complete.
› If safe is returned for other reason than being damaged, a 25% restocking fee will apply plus the costs of any shipping involved.
› You must call or email us before you return any product to receive a return goods authorization. Without it, we will not accept any returns.
